The Pawsome Vegan is a Finnish-English-Scottish-Feline collaboration of all things related to food and feline friends.

 

The authors behind this blog are based in Glasgow, which is probably the most unnatural living environment for human and feline alike. Nevertheless, the vegan scene here is gaining popularity making life here bearable despite the sideways rain and high occurance of alcoholic intake.

 

The authors. 

 

 

Winston is a rather large gentle Glaswegian giant. His favourite foods include green olives, kidney beans, mushrooms and wholemeal bread. He was not born intellicat but has managed a respectable career at an office doing office work, wearing a tie. Or so he claims. Winston is a dedicated Celtic FC supporter who holds a season ticket. Oscar is a wee fly man from the respectable Ibrox area of Glasgow. He is a dedicated Rangers FC fan and he was a fan even before the clubs troubles. His favourite foods are anything that he can get his paws on, he was born a freegan. He has a wide taste in pallet ranging from sweetcorn to balsamic vinegar and marshmallows. His greatest achievement was when he ate a whole dry bread bun that was half his size and his dream is to one day become a bin man. He likes sleeping in close approximity to heaters. Oscar also shares his deepest thought on Facebook.

Stephen is an Englishman in Scotland. He is a feline friendly vegetarian who is passionate about AC Milan, music and history. Most of the time his taste of music is wrong but he does also like the Smiths. His favourite food is hummus and salads and granola. Not mixed together though. He doesn't have a Facebook fan page because he is not self-absorbed like that.

Hanna is all about crazy cat lady power. She is originally from the dark caves of Finland, a stones throw away from where Santa Claus comes from. Being Finnish she is weather and flu resistant and thus Glasgow is an ideal environment for her neanderthalian kind. Her favourite smell is a sleeping cat and she is passionate about brains. She eats all things vegan except for wasabi peas because they are disgusting. She also writes a nonsensical waste-of-her-time blog.
